BODY FILLERS

Polyester-based putty with two components, high filling, easy to draw, leaves no pores and easy to sandpaper. It is highly adhesive and used for filling and examination. It does not pull or crack. It should be used in 5-8 minutes at 20°C when it is mixed homogenously with Polyester putty Hardener (BPO) at 2-3% ratio. It’s ready to sandpaper in 30-35 minutes. It is safely used on car hoods, DKP metal, CTP, galvanized metal–cured old painted surfaces and wood. It’s not recommended to use on thermoplastic acrylic surfaces (TPA) and 1K metal coatings

It is a polyester-based putty with two components, high filling power, easy to draw and contains easy to sandpaper fiber (fiberglass). It has high adhesion levels, and it is a filling product designed to repair heavy damages, holes and punctures. It should be used in 5-8 minutes at 20°C when it is mixed with BPO hardener at 2-3% ratio. It will be ready for grinding in 35-40 minutes. It can be used on sheet metal, aluminum, CTP, SMC, FRP and painted surfaces.

ALUMINIUM AND GALVANIZED BODY FILLERS

Polyester putty that is specially designed for galvanize and aluminum surfaces with two components, high filling power, easy to draw, flexible, leaves no pores and easy to sandpaper. It has high adhesive power on all metal surfaces and there will be no pulling or cracking. It is used for filling purposes. It should be used in 5-8 minutes at 20°C when it is mixed with Polyester putty Hardener (BPO) at 2-3% ratio. It will be ready for grinding in 25-30 minutes.


SPOT REPAIR

BODY FILLERS

1K Fine Putty was especially designed for auto repair and furniture sector. It is implemented to correct small damages on the surface of the vehicle before priming and painting started. It can also be used in localized repairs of wooden surfaces. Surface should be cleaned first. This product has one component. Also, there is no need to use a hardener. It dries out in 10-15 minutes. Drying time can change according to the film thickness and environment temperature. Formerly painted surfaces are suitable for 1K and 2K coated surfaces. Using directly on sheet metal is not recommended.
